Termination and cancellation

  • (a) Either Trademark Registration Solution or you may terminate your service period. If Trademark Registration Solution terminates your service period, you will be notified by email, and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.
  • (b) If Trademark Registration Solution terminates your service period, any current or pending orders or payments on your service period will be cancelled, and provision of Services will not commence.
  • (c) Trademark Registration Solution reserves the right to cancel orders or payments without stating reasons, for any reason before processing payment or commencing provision of Services.
  • (d) If you are purchasing as a consumer and not as a business, you have the right to cancel your order for the Services within a statutory 7 working day cooling-off period. This period begins when you receive written confirmation of your order from Trademark Registration Solution. If the provision of the Services commences within the cooling-off period, your right to cancel under this provision shall end.
  • (e) If orders or payments are cancelled for any reason before commencement of Services provision, you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
  • (f) If you terminate your services, any non-completed orders or payments will be cancelled, and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those orders.

Refund Policy

At Trademark Registration Solution, we strive to provide transparent, reliable, and high-quality services. Because our work involves professional time, research, and preparation of documentation, all service fees are considered non-refundable once work has begun on a client’s project.

However, the following conditions apply:

1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered only if:

  • No work has been initiated on the client’s file; and
  • The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Work has already started on the trademark search, consultation, documentation, or application preparation.
  • The application has been submitted to the USPTO or any other government body.
  • Delays caused by the client’s unresponsiveness or failure to provide required documents/information.
  • Government fees, filing fees, or third-party charges—these are strictly non-refundable.
  • If a registration is refused by the USPTO or any trademark office due to similarity, descriptiveness, non-compliance, or any decision beyond our control.

3. Consultation Fees

All consultation or advisory sessions included with services are final and non-refundable once delivered.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Requesting a chargeback after receiving services is considered a violation of our Terms. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback with supporting evidence, including communication logs, work records, and submitted documents.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (if eligible), clients must contact our support team at [your email/contact] with their full name, order number, and reason for the request. All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
